Do you want to learn how to communicate your research visually? GRAL has asked Liesbeth Smit from The Online Scientist to give a course about graphical abstract design.
This online course is open to all PhD students of the GRAL labs: BioSanté, IBS, LCBM, and LPCV. Researchers and other staff from the GRAL labs can also apply, but priority will be given to PhD students.
The course will consist of:
– an INTERACTIVE LECTURE on graphical abstracts on Thursday 20 October (pm, 2.5 hr) (max. 40 participants)
– an in-depth ONLINE WORKSHOP on Tuesday 8 November (pm, 4 hrs) (max. 12 participants*)
Participants must commit to prepare a graphical abstract for the workshop, and accept to share their final design with GRAL for publication in various media, including GRAL’s website www.labex-gral.fr and GRAL’s Twitter account @LabexGRAL.
* Possible extra date for another online workshop if enough PhD students are interested
